Inside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to play a vital support role in a partnership with our customers. We have an entry level, full time, Customer Service position open immediately for highly motivated self-starter looking to learn and grown within our promotion products company. You could be an integral part of the team by providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. Health Benefits will be available after 90 day trial period.

Responsibilities:

  • Help answer phones and provide customer support to clients via phone, email or web channels
  • Research product offerings and provide prompt, reliable and accurate answers to customer inquiries.
  • Learn and become knowledgeable of the company’s product offerings.
  • Combine company pricing and product availability with customer requests to write accurate estimates and orders.
  • Look up previous orders and use them to facilitate the writing of reorders.
  • Work with graphic designer to ensure proper artwork creation or recreation to customer’s full satisfaction.
  • Review, approve and sign off final spec sheets and verify all newly entered orders for complete accuracy.
  • Take initiative and resolve issues or complaints with calm honest communication while maintaining a positive representation of the company and associated brands.

Core Competencies:

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite of product, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal & written communications skills for phone and email work
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision & handle pressure

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent a plus

No experience necessary, on the job training provided to right candidate.

Must have the ability to work any assigned shift within our hours of operation (Currently Mon-Thurs 9:00am-6:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm.

 

Outside Sales Representative

NBN Sports is looking for highly motivated individuals to help grow our promotional products and garment business. You must be a self-starter and work well independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing all available resources to identifying new opportunities, manage prospects and acquire new business. Promotional items include screen printed t-shirts, jackets, polo-style shirts and caps with embroidery, pens, mugs, tradeshow displays, signs, banners, etc. . . You’ll manage your own schedule making and keeping appointments with clients. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • On a daily basis, complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customers, and develop prospective customer profiles.
  • Know your products and services, learn from your peers and take advantage of networking opportunities.
  • Fulfill customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, etc.
  • Be an ethical salesperson, hone your listening skills, determine customer needs and propose appropriate products and services. Keep a log of common customer questions and concerns to provide prompt, reliable and accurate answers to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with customers.
  • Work with graphic designer to ensure proper artwork creation or recreation to customer’s full satisfaction.
  • Generate required work-orders, sales reports, client information logs and submit them to the office on a weekly basis.
  • Review, approve and sign off final order spec sheets and verify all newly entered orders for complete accuracy.
  • Regularly meet with Management to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
  • Take initiative and resolve issues or complaints with calm honest communication while maintaining a positive representation of the company and associated brands.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Previous cold calling experience a plus.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Promotional item and Decorated garment sales experience a plus
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License, proven good driving record, reliable vehicle and current insurance.

Embroidery Technician 
Full or Part Time

Embroidery Machine Experience is REQUIRED!! Candidates must be hard working, willing to learn, and able to handle a deadline driven production schedule.

Position Summary:
You will coordinate all embroidery projects, on and off site, keeping separate embroidery production list up to date daily with location of project, due date, expected completion date and current status.  Operate single-head SWF embroidery machine in an efficient manner to meet productions and goals and ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage embroidery logo development process. Turning vector artwork into embroidered designs through onsite software digitizing or off site vendor.
  • Coordinate all embroidery job onsite and offsite ensuring proper and accurate production.
  • When necessary deliver an pick-up projects from sub-contractor in a timely manner
  • Inspect garments for quality
  • Hoop garments with accurate placement
  • Operate single-head machine including programming, ensuring embroidery quality by adjusting frame tension, thread/bobbin tension, and machine speed, while operating the machine with efficiently and safety.
  • Folding clothes
  • Production room clean up
  • Perform daily maintenance and ensure product quality
  • Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate an embroidery machine!
  • Basic knowledge of embroidery file types such as .ngs. .dst, and .exp. Common knowledge of compensation and pull density.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Ability to remain on your feet and be active for the majority of an 8 hour work day
  • Ability to read and understand basic English
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to be reliable and dependable to complete work assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • MUST have transportation and cell phone

Basic:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of training, education and work experience
  • Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly stand, walk, stoop, lift, kneel and crouch.
